1. Cooling-Off Period (Swedish Law)
1.1 Cooling-Off Period Under Swedish law, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase to request a refund. During this period, you may cancel your purchase and receive a full refund, provided that the program has not been fully accessed. If you access any content or materials during the cooling-off period, you may forfeit your right to a refund.
2. Refunds for Slim, Bulk, and Bulk+Slim Programs
2.1 No Refunds After Access Once you gain access to the Slim, Bulk, or Slim+Bulk programs (including all digital materials and the Discord community), no refunds are available. This is because these programs are digital products that are immediately available upon purchase.
2.2 Refunds During Cooling-Off Period If you cancel within the 14-day cooling-off period, you are eligible for a full refund as long as you have not accessed the program materials or joined the community. Once any content has been accessed, the cooling-off period no longer applies.
3. 1:1 Coaching Program Refund Policy
3.1 Personalized Diet & Gym Plan The 1:1 Coaching Program includes a personalized diet and gym plan tailored to your needs. Because these plans are customized specifically for you, no refunds will be issued once the plan has been delivered. By purchasing this service, you agree to the personalized nature of the program.
3.2 No Refund After Accessing Plans
Once you’ve received your personalized plans or started your 1:1 coaching sessions, the cooling-off period no longer applies. No refunds are offered for these services once they have been provided.
3.3 Plan Adjustments If, after following the plan for 1-2 weeks, you feel that changes are needed, we offer adjustments to better suit your goals. We’ll work with you to ensure you’re on the right track.
3.4 Session Cancellations To cancel a coaching session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance at support@babyfacepower.com. Late cancellations will not be refunded, and the session will be considered used.

4.1 High-Quality Tailored Coaching Our programs are designed to provide personalized coaching that caters to your unique fitness goals. Once you begin receiving these services or access the materials, they are considered consumed.
4.2 Support and Accountability We want to help you succeed. Through a supportive Discord community, and continuous check-ins, we provide everything you need to stay on track. We’re here to adjust your plan if necessary, but we don’t offer refunds for services that have been delivered.
