Welcome to BabyFacePower. By purchasing and using our fitness programs, meal plans, and online coaching services, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
1. General Information
1.1 These Terms & Conditions govern the use of www.babyfacepower.com and all related services provided by BabyFacePower. 1.2 By purchasing a program, accessing our content, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. 1.3 We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
2. Eligibility
2.1 You must be at least 18 years old to purchase our programs and services. 2.2 By purchasing, you confirm that you are in good health and capable of participating in physical activity. 2.3 You agree to consult a physician before starting any fitness program if you have medical conditions.
3. Purchases & Payments
3.1 All prices are listed in USD (United States dollar) and include applicable Swedish taxes unless otherwise stated. 3.2 Payments are processed securely via debit- and creditcard or Paypal. 3.3 Subscription-based services will be automatically charged according to the billing cycle unless canceled before the next renewal date. 3.4 We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, but any changes will not affect existing purchases.
4. Digital Programs & Course Access
4.1 Upon purchase, you will receive immediate access to the entire course. 4.2 Your access is personal and non-transferable. You may not share, resell, or distribute our content. 4.3 We reserve the right to revoke access if we detect unauthorized sharing, abuse, or violations of these terms.
5. Online Coaching Services
5.1 If you sign up for 1:1 coaching (5 weeks), you are expected to attend scheduled sessions. 5.2 Missed sessions will not be rescheduled unless agreed upon in advance. 5.3 Coaching services are non-refundable once they have begun.
6. Refund & Cancellation Policy
6.1 Digital Programs (Slim Program, Bulk Program, Bulk+Slim Program)
Since full access is granted immediately, all sales are final, and refunds are not available.
6.2 1:1 Coaching Services
Cancellations before coaching starts may be eligible for a partial refund (see Refund Policy).
Once coaching has started, no refunds will be given.
6.3 Refunds will only be considered for:
Duplicate purchases
Technical access issues that prevent program usage
7.1 All content, including workout plans, meal guides, videos, and materials, is owned by BabyFacePower and is protected under Swedish copyright laws. 7.2 You may not copy, distribute, or modify any content without written permission. 7.3 Violation of these terms may result in legal action and immediate termination of your access.
8. Health Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
8.1 Our programs are for informational purposes only and do not replace professional medical or dietary advice. 8.2 You agree to participate at your own risk and acknowledge that fitness activities carry an inherent risk of injury. 8.3 We are not liable for any injuries, health issues, or damages that may occur from using our services.
9.1 We collect and process personal data in compliance with GDPR & Swedish data protection laws. 9.2 Your data will never be sold or shared without your consent. 9.3 You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data.
